Steve kept us updated throughout the process of booking and inspecting the vehicle. He was unable to make the original date, but asked if it was ok to move the inspection to the following day, which i was happy to do. Steve's knowledge of my Subaru vehicle was invaluable. Steve also provided an additional report for me to forward to the seller of the vehicle regarding our vehicle breakdown.

I contacted click mechanic to request a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle 200 miles away, I had a good feeling about the vehicle but aired on the side of caution as it was a 17 year old van. I gave a limited window for inspection and despite the site saying low availability (understandably) for the next day I was matched with a mechanic (Steve Mann) within an hour (was told this normally happens within 4 hours) who told me he would be there at my first selected time, which was great news, even greater was the glowing endorsement of 4.8 out of 5 stars, I knew I was in safe hands. The following morning I received a message from Steve to confirm details and tell me that he would send the report over asap (click mechanic says within 24 hours I believe) a couple hours after the inspection finished I received a detailed report that gave me the confidence to purchase the van, ending long, long drawn out search. Steve's swift turn around was very important to maintain harmony with the seller.
All in all I would not hesitate to use this service again, and I would be saying this even more so if the vehicle wasn't suitable to purchase. Brilliant service. Brett Read more

Steve was fab. I had a 2hr slot between 18.00-20.00. Steve text me at 17.00 to say he be with me at 18.30. Steve was dead on time. He got straight to work and after say 10 mins was able to tell me what was wrong with car (fuel pump) he then explained what the next steps were if I was happy etc.. highly recommend 😁
