Excellent service, on time , quick service , kept me informed on my car all the time

Wesley was excellent. He picked up my van did the work and bought it back. On time picking up the van even had time to look at my son's car to sort out what problem is.

I am delighted with the service I received. James kept me informed by phone what was happening and Joe, who came to collect my car for repair, was very friendly and professional. He explained why the air conditioning unit had not been working without talking down to me (I'm a woman and not very knowledgeable about cars) and this was appreciated. The air conditioning unit is now fully functional, which is a relief considering the current heatwave! i would have no hesitation in using Jamie and Joe's services for any future repairs.

Jamie was very skilled. There were problems getting hold of a Ford starter motor, but that was not Jamie's fault. He even came to my house after 7.00 pm to install the motor. He is a great guy

After 2 days of trying on my own, mechanic had the car running in just a few minutes. That along with useful and helpful advice made this a terrific service that I would not hesitate to recommend. Superb knowledge and came with the right equipment to solve my issue.

He has only diagnosed the problem which I already knew about! I was expecting immediate sort out with the difference paid as this is what you website is stating, so I should have paid 118£ extra and have my battery changed immediately!!.
