Very knowledgeable - he was able to diagnose the fault within minutes of arrival. He offered good advice to prevent this problem from occurring in the future. He also offered the option to replace the EGR valve if I wanted to speed up the cleaning process. I have accepted this and booked the work.

Problems with previous client delayed him, but his boss did call me to let me know.
Once he arrived, problem diagnosed virtually straight away.
After I saw the solution realised I could have done it myself but accepted I was paying for the year's of experience of the mechanic, not the time spent on the problem.

A few small issues with time and parts but communication was excellent and everything explained in detail so altogether fantastic work

Wesley's mechanic Jamie was more than helpfull. He explained everything clearly and in detail, he gave me a quote for the repair then took my car back to Bolton sum 1.5 hours away to be repaired, i recieved a phone call at 21.00 hrs from Paul telling me he had just finnished the work and my car would be back with me first thing in the morning. The car was returned on time with no added extras, the driver had also put fuel in my car at no cost to me plus the 4.5 hrs driving time was also free of charge. Special mention should be made of attention that was made to keep me updated on what was transpiring with the unexpected delay in obtaining certain parts & the length’s that he went in getting my car back to me.
