Tony was not able to attend at the arranged time due to over night vandalism on his own vehicle but telephoned to rearrange. He was very efficient. He explained everything he was looking at and why, and used his electronic diagnostic equipment only after examining the car thoroughly. Took me for a test drive where, again, he tested all aspects of the car. He was confident that the car was safe to drive and reassured me that my planned trip that afternoon could take place. All in all, a good experience.
