Tony was good mechanic, he diagnosed the fault and explained to me what's to do ,BUT the fault on suspension was not at all diagnosed even though I paid the full fees , that put me off a bit .

Thanks for your feedback, we examined your vehicle and diagnosed the fault of “engine running rough” as per the job request; with regards to your suspension fault, that was not included within the diagnostic cost of the original job, we completed a full visual inspection and road test of your car and did not identify any defect relating to your suspension - this additional service was carried out free of charge.
