Job satisfactorily completed. However, he did not arrive until at least two and a half hours after the booking time. No communication with us to say he was running late. I had to ring and find that out for myself.
The issue I have is that on the very next occasion we used the car none of the break lights worked. We were unaware of this until pulled over by the police. I find the timing of this failure odd, if not a bit suspicious. Obviously the lights need fixing ASAP but I’m a little reluctant to come back to ClickMechanic.

Communication was outstanding, always replies to texts within minutes. Unfortunately was supplied with the wrong pads but came back first thing in the morning to finish the job without additional service charge👍🏼 would recommend to anyone
