Nick was unable to obtain the replacement part to meet the cost estimated so I procured one and he fitted it. Haven't really had the chance to check the work but I trust that it has been done properly. We reviewed why the original problem had been caused through lack of care in the service provided by a different garage and it's careless mechanic. I would happily use Nick again.

I was told he would arrive between 10 00 am and 12 at half past 12 I asked where he was. I was then told he would arrive at about 2..00pm. at half past 2 I was then informer he would arrive at about 3.00pm. At half past 3 I was told he would be there about 4.00. At about 4.20 he arrived.
He did the job only to inform me that the wiper arm " had broken ". He then went to a scrapyard and got a replacement for which he charged me an extra 25.00. I was informed by the scrapyard they charged him 10.00 for the arm. I have discovered the wipers not working properly at all. They are very noisy and don't return properly to their resting position. I had no problems with Nick at all. He arrived, made him a cuppa and he got to work. Made sure I was happy with the work afterwards and talked me through the damage to the old part too. Can’t fault him.

Happy. No communication during MOT & service but there were no issues, hence the no need for it.
The car seat and wheel height had been changed and I wish at least the wheel had been put back in original position. That would be my only note.

Nick was totally professional, knew his job and worked flat out. He did arrive late, however, I expect this was due to previous work taking longer than expected.

Nick was polite, thorough, concise and very efficient. Fitted new brake discs and pads in record time, and informed me of the work being carried out as he progressed. Can wholeheartedly recommend this fine chap.
