He did a good job with the car but he didn't take away the parts that he'd replaced. He left behind things like filters and used oil. I was surprised that it was me rather than the mechanic who had the responsibility of disposing these.

Hello john . Thanks for your review. The old parts are left with you so you can see what we have removed from the vehicle . We do not have the capability to carry about old parts in the vans.

Land Rover Range Rover Diagnostic Inspection

Not satisfied with the work carried out.
Mechanic came to diagnose a battery drain issue and within the first 30mins he was confident that he found the problem with the deployable towbar and so unplugged it. Then in the next 30mins he changed his mind and confirmed that the battery drain was to do with a faulty wiring loom at driver door.......that proved to be incorrect as the driver door wiring loom is working fine.
I felt he was rushing the job and if he had taken abit longer and followed a process of elimination testing then perhaps my car would have been diagnosed correctly.
Anyway after paying ClickMechanic the amount they charged, the problem is still there and not diagnosed.
