Yes he was friendly. I can't judge the work right away as it is replacement of internal part but I think they have see a difference in the way the car moves and I think they have definitely done a good job

Unfortunately didn't solve my overheating problem first time round although was told the viscous fan coupling did need replacing, and I asked for it to be relplaced . Now however overheating apparently caused by faulty thermostat housing so car still in garage , should have it back later today
