Felt that I could trust the mechanic, which is comforting and something that is lacking when you are in a dealership and don't get to interface with the person who is carrying out the work.

under tray has been broken and was only held on with one bolt instead of three. cam belt case has been broken as well.

Andrew was a very pleasant man, really helpful he talked to us about the mot and the repairs all the time, very nice he was.

The guys were great, collected the car promptly, and very early in the morning. They had the work done and the car returned within 5 hours which meant I was into work for lunch. The window is still working and hasn't had any further issues.
