3 minutes at the door & understanding I need a steering rack replaced. I totally accept it but for standing on the doorstep for a few minutes & then get charged £53.93 ???

I’ve used the company a few times & now feel mistreated !

If I would have been charged something like £20 I’d accepted that but I feel very much ripped off & wouldn’t get this poor service from a garage !!

Booking was for 10-12 & arrived at 9 ?

I feel this is a unfair review as I could have changed the boot like was booked in and you would have wasted £200 or what ever the price was I advised you on the correct repair that you need the money you have been changed is for the time you wasted if mine going to get the part and coming to your house when could have been at another job

I booked this for 11am only at 9pm the night before, to fix a busted brake light. It was all sorted very quickly in the carpark of my workplace. I had to go back in to attend to something and he returned the key to reception without any trouble.
