Arrived within the arranged time, convenient to be able to have the work done at my home address. No problems at all, I am happy with the service.

Jak was really clear and honest in telling me what the problem was with my car and explained that originally it was diagnosed as just the bearing but proceeded to be the bearing hub and explained exactly what was causing the noise whilst driving the car. Jak was able to accommodate my work day well with fixing the car and was fast and efficient whilst carrying out the repairs as well as being a friendly mechanic he was also an honest one!

I was very happy with the work Jack carried out for me. One of the parts that he needed unfortunately wasn't available but he ordered it in and kept me updated of when it would arrive. He came to my house the next morning, fixed the brake hose on my car in a short amount of time and even took my car for a quick spin to make sure it was all okay. Would definitely use again.

Jack was really efficient and carried out the work quickly. Couldn't of asked for better service. Car drives perfectly now and no more noises from a pesky bearing. Excellent communication and accommodated the change of location

3 minutes at the door & understanding I need a steering rack replaced. I totally accept it but for standing on the doorstep for a few minutes & then get charged £53.93 ???

If I would have been charged something like £20 I’d accepted that but I feel very much ripped off & wouldn’t get this poor service from a garage !!

Jack's a great guy! Efficient, friendly no hesitation in using him again.... texted ahead of arrival to let me know he would be 30 mins, turned up on time... couldn't ask for more....

I booked this for 11am only at 9pm the night before, to fix a busted brake light. It was all sorted very quickly in the carpark of my workplace. I had to go back in to attend to something and he returned the key to reception without any trouble.
