Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the part had gone on back order with fords because of the volume of Sals due to the heat. We had kept you up to date throughout the process. Omer was incredible right from the jump and throughout the entire process. He communicated with me at all times informing me all of the potential possibilities of how we could proceed (in regards to collection, delivery etc.). He arranged for my car to be collected and covered the cost of this as I was unable to identify if the car was legally drivable or not. This was a touch of class and what was even better was the fact that post-repair, because he was unable to deliver the car (due to lack of staff) he offered to cover the cost of the Uber I had to take to pick up my car; making his customer service post-repair second to none. Additionally, he also showed all the new parts and explained the process of what was done to my car as I arrived. I can 100% recommend Omer and his services. Read more

I can’t fault this service. My garage was Queensway Auto Repairs for replacing front brake disks and pads, Range Rover Evoque.
Land Rover quoted double the price. Click mechanic was a more realistic price. I decided to do the Mot as well.
They collected my car promptly in the morning from my work place at Canary Wharf and my car was ready and delivered around 4pm. Super friendly service, especially if you’re busy!
