When I booked Raul to carry out a pre-purchase inspection on a Honda Jazz, he called me straight away to introduce himself and explained that he had already checked the MOT history, which I really appreciated.

He took the time to ask whether I had any particular concerns about the vehicle and carefully noted these before attending the inspection.

Raul arrived on time and carried out a very thorough and professional examination of the car. After completing the inspection, he spent around 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining his findings clearly and answering all of my questions, which was extremely helpful.

He also provided comprehensive photographs and a detailed report, which made it much easier for me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the purchase.

The inspection ultimately highlighted several important issues that would not have been obvious during a normal viewing, and it genuinely helped me avoid making a potentially expensive mistake. I am not a mechanic but he explained everything clearly with pictures so I could go back to the dealer with my concerns/queries.

I can completely understand why Raul has so many excellent reviews. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to explain everything properly were greatly appreciated.
