My inspection was arranged quickly with no hassle.
Raul spoke to me on the phone to ask if I had any concerns about the vehicle prior to inspection, and updated me after he had completed the inspection.

Friendly and knowledgeable, came to time and talked me through some of what he did although I don't know much about vehicles

It was an easy process to make the booking online. Raul was brilliant, the communication ahead of the appointment was excellent (after I had made an error in the booking).
