Volkswagen Golf Plus Standard Pre-purchase Inspection

The mechanic that carried out the pre-purchase inspection was comprehensive, knowledgeable and polite. Full inspection completed and feedback provided all within the allocated time slot. This is teh first time I used ClickMechanic, but I have been very impressed.

Extremely happy with the work carried out. I only needed a diagnostic check as I was not happy to drive my car to the garage. The mechanic was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and carried out the work quickly. Allowing me to get to work on time for my shift.

Land Rover 90 Defender Major Service

Although I am happy with the service and the mechanic was a nice guy much bug bear is I was charged for 1.4 hours labour even though he was done and dusted within the hour and gone which is £30 -£40 in charges

Please be aware though that within that 1,4 hours the technician traveled from our workshop in bridgend to you which is 32 mins drive each way then spent an hour working on your vehicle. You were invoiced for 1.4 hours not including Fuel and running costs on the vehicle the total time the technician was out of the workshop is booked at 2.1 hours and you were charged 1.4. Volkswagen Polo Crankshaft seal

Very professional gave great service and friendly told me the front crankshaft seal was leaking I wasn't sure whether it was back or front it was front he showed me cracked seal and took him about 30 mins once the car was done he left it running and showed me no signs of oil leaking anywhere thank you for your help.
