I was skeptical at the beginning with this whole process, Kevin seems assuring when he described the problem, very knowlegeble mechanic. The only downside is I end up paying more than what the car is worth....not his fault. Hope I can keep using my car for few more years. Definitely recommend him to others!

Kevin came down with his assistant Cameron and supplied and fitted rear brake discs and pads to my Nissan X Trail. They did a great job, on time, on budget. No issues. Good people. Good work. Recommended.

Kevin turned up to diagnose my Smart car and I asked him if he'd worked on Smart cars before and he said he did. However, his diagnosis showed no problem and there was with the gears so he offered to have it towed to his garage. I only contacted Click Mechanic because I needed the repairs carried out urgently as I had no other transport. Kevin offered to call me and let me know the situation but he did not and we ended up having to drive to his workshop, where my gearbox was in bits on his bench. After a week of waiting and no calls I had to contact you to intervene. Kevin charged me £120 just to remove the gearbox and make calls because he couldn't fix it. He then said he could not replace my gearbox and just dumped it in my car, the actuator was snapped and gearbox fluid is all over my boot. I will never use him or Click Mechanic again. It turns out the problem is the clutch and I've already purchased a new gearbox. Furious. Read more
