A 5 MINUTE SCAN VIA A SNAP ON TOOLS ANALYZER , LOTS OF COULD BE,S AND MADE IT CLEAR FROM THE START IT WOULDN'T BE ANY WORK HE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN. FOR THE MONEY IT WAS VERY POOR , HAD ANALYSIS BEFORE AT HALFORDS FOR LESS MONEY AND INFORMATION ABOUT WHATS WRONG NEEDS DOING COST ETC. FOUND CLIK MECHANIC WHILE SEARCHING FOR BMW SERVICING. WON'T BE USING AGAIN .

Your vehicle was booked for a diagnostics this where we diagnose the actual fault not fix the fault you added to your notes that you had the symptoms of a faulty lambda sensor when we spoke you told us that you had been on Google and that’s what Google had told you, unfortunately Google is an internet search engine not a diagnostics tool which means that it’s not qualified to fix your car. You mention that we used a snap on scanning tool which you was very dissatisfied with that tool cost me 4 years ago just short of £10’000 we also have an abundance of other diagnostics tools ranging from thermal imaging cameras to 3 other top end scan tools in total I would say we have over £50’000 worth of diagnostics tools but I’m sorry that the equipment we have isn’t up to your expectations.
Being a business owner I have the option to pick and choose my jobs had your vehicle had a simple easy repair I would have took the job on but it doesn’t it has a camshaft issue which could enter me into a world of headaches and to be frank click mechanic isn’t the best paying platform as they take a percentage of the job value so why would I want to work for £40 an hour when I can go and earn £75 an hour doing straight forward easy jobs to me it’s simple business sense. We use click mechanic to simply fill in a day as you can see we have completed over 250 jobs with click mechanic and have a 5 star review but unfortunately this time we haven’t been able to for fill your expectations
