James was punctual, polite and professional. He is a very friendly person who explained, in every day speak, what he was doing and what the faults were. He fitted the part requested but other parts were found to be faulty. He showed us the faulty burned out parts. He is returning to complete. The work he did was excellent and we have confidence in him. He is knowledgeable and very professional. When asked about other mechanical matters he was very helpful and informative.
