Being a woman..i absolutely hate dealing with garages and mechanics,always being ripped off.
James is an excellent mechanic,and thoroughly explained each stage to me,and even alerted me to the fact i had been sold the car in a dangerous unworthy condition.He gave me lots of sound advice how to approach the situation.This is the first time i have felt happy with a service regarding car repairs.The customer service is also excellent,and helped me through the process.I will definitely use these guys again.

Not happy with james, what he did, he look lost as well, so i have to pay extra on my local garage to fix it.

I plugged your car in and reported to you the findings and you saw for yourself what laptop said.
The fault codes where shown to you and explained.it was a diagnostic inspection not a repair you asked for.
So it was simply explaining the faults and left you to decide the way you wanted to go forward

The Audi dealership had recommended that the discs and pads needed replacing but he advised that they didn't need doing - saving me the cost of replacing them.
This was my first time using ClickMechanic and I can definitely recommend the experience I have had with them and James in particular
