BMW 2 Series Brake pads replacement - rear (all)

Mohammed visited a second time after arranging for my rear brake pads to be replaced following a great service replacing the front brake pads. Nice and friendly gentleman, communicated well and was punctual.
Service was as excellent as the first time around, will definitely use the service again.

Mohammed was very nice and friendly. He was very thorough and methodical in his approach which gave you confidence in his ability. I booked in for my front brake pads to be changed but he went further to check my back brakepads which also needed changing and he organised for that to be sorted at my convenience. I would recommend and use Mohammed in the future. Thanks for a great service.

My mechanic was running a little late but kept me informed by text message which sounds obvious, many don't. I left the keys for him in a secure place and when I returned home they (break pads) were already done. He didn't try to sell me disks like most garages do. He was politie and professional. 10 OUT OF 10. THIS GUY WAS AMAZING.

I am extremely happy with the work carried out and the professionalism of Mohammad. He explained everything clearly and showed me the problem.
I had the work carried out at my place of work and the receptionist also commented on the level of courtesy he displayed.

Mohammed notified me the timeslot of 10 minutes he would arrive and came punctual on time. Quickly sorted out the small fault. Happy to have used this service otherwise I would have waited much longer to get it atrended too at a garage and would have wasted a whole day getting it there etc.
