mohammed was later than expected. this is ok as i know delays happen but i would have appreciated a phonecall as i drove quite a distance to be at the vehicle inspection and had to leave. the inspection was very thorough and he gave me all the information i needed and i spoke to him after the job and he was very helpful .

The traffic on the day was terrible, so he was delayed in arriving, but he communicated every step of the way and was able to meet me at an alternate location to do the work. Mohammed was friendly, thorough, helpful and constructive. He looked at a car that I really liked and his report assisted me to see it for what it was and the seller's reaction helped me to make a decision not to buy which I am sure I won't regret. His photos were clear and very informative and even though I had test driven the car, his thoroughness revealed enough to make me just think again.

I like the idea that the mechanics cannot see the score they have produced on a vehicle until it has been published to try to prevent them from influencing the outcome consciously however I do think that the scoring by ClickMechanic is flawed. When the mechanic has no choice but to mark an item as incorrect the score can be so affected as to make the vehicle look unroadworthy which is not always the case. This disproportionate scoring can undermine the customer's credibility with the seller as well as make the mechanic potentially look wrong. I called your office about this and they encouraged feedback which I will also do on the website.

Had a service and diagnostic done on landrover discovery 3 , Mohammed the mechanic was very knowledgable and really honest with his opinion of other jobs that may need to be done, he arrived at site got to work imediatly and when finnished the job took me on a test drive and explained other problems to me, all in all it was an excellent service
