Mohammed let me know before he arrived what time he would be with me and arrived there promptly. He identified work that I did not need to have done and carried out the rest entirely satisfactorily. He was friendly and informative and removed all the rubbish once work was completed. Totally satisfied.

I booked Mohamed for a 2nd service under warranty for my leased Citroën Berlingo Enterprise van. I asked if parts fitted were covered by warranty, he said they were. When asked about the blue hdi treatment he said we don't do that, which was surprising as its quite clear that this is an hdi using vehicle. I will check this with a main dealer. I hope he's right about the parts.

Mohammed let me know when he was on his way. His work was excellent. Disk/Pad replacement on all 4 wheels. Tidied up afterwards. Small issue with the handbrake which Mohammed is going to return to sort out in a couple of days time.

Mohammed was a polite engineer but unfortunately FAILED to repair my car and FAILED to diagnose what the fault was,a complete waste of my day which cost me £85 and my car is still out of use,on the whole I will NOT be using this service again.........

Hi Nik apologises if you feel disappointed. The vehicle was booked for starter motor replacement which I carried out and identified it was not the starter motor after replacing and being diagnosed over the phone by someone else. In essence the vehicle should have had a thorough diagnostic investigation and then booked for a component replacement.
I hope your vehicle is repaired prompt and accordingly
