Volkswagen Golf Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Mohammed, was helpful and got the job done.
Did what was expected and provided good insight on the cars potential remap which wasn’t documented.
Unfortunately he was unable to make the two hour slot I booked and was late. This caused issues with the small garage. Unfortunately the multiple deep stone chips on the bonnet were not included on the report.
Happy enough however.

I kept you updated during the day regarding the delay but once I did arrive the guys from the dealer was closed for lunch. Which the delay did not caused issues as he only wanted an update when I'm getting there so they can go out for lunch when I did arrive I was waiting for them for around 20minutes.

The mechanic (Mohammed ) telephoned me to inform me of how long he would be. He arrived on time and worked diligently and in a friendly manner. He was tidy and he offered me the parts which were worn if I wanted them. He offered good advice about what other things might happen in the future. If anything does then because of Mohammed I will be calling you.

Terrific Job on my S-Class and very informative about the whole process. I was the late evening appointment but Mohammed wasn't rushed to finish up and leave. He took his time carried out the full service and gave the engine a full clean to top it off.
