Mohammad was very friendly and helpful. Although he arrived a little later than first stated, he kept me informed as to why he was running behind...hence the lower rating, but still was no problem as I knew why.
Work carried out to high standard and he researched and rectified another problem I had with car, at no extra charge. So very pleased with his service.
