A great used car check carried out for me by Mohammed. I was given a time slot and booked that time with the dealer. Mo called me on his way to confirm the time he would arrive. We both got a frosty reception from the dealer, and Mo subsequently explained to me that a previous potential customer had decided not to buy, based on the inspection. I was very pleased that Mo was happy for me to be present during the inspection and to answer all of my questions. He was perefectly courteous and friendly, even when replying the the dafter of my observations! Mo was very thorough and the car did look well cared for, but it was worth the money on the inspection, for peace-of-mind.

Mohammed was punctual and professional.

He saved me from making a huge mistake! He was able to find flaws with the car that I did not see when I test drove it. This included, unusual wear and tear on tyres and also an oil leak.

His computer system was also able to diagnose faults in the cars electrical system and rear air suspension system.

He took plenty of pictures of the faults, and they were uploaded promptly.

Mohammed rerturned the keys with my service booklet stamped, additional paperwork confirming the service for my records, and even a branded air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror. Extra touches that are appreciated.

He was great, highly recommendable and was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. He saved me a huge amount by advising me on my pre purchase inspection by listing the issues with the car that the dealer failed to point out and advising me that I should definitely not purchase a diesel car for town driving only as the particulate filter will clog up and cost £1-2k to fix every year - another thing the dealer failed to mention to me. I owe him a lot more than the cost of the inspection!

Mohammed was amazing, a great mechanic and an absolutely lovely person too! He fixed the problem, serviced my vehicle and gave me some excellent advice too! It is clear he really cares about the service he provides.

From arrival to departure he was freindly knowledgeable and polite, he worked in an efficient manner and did a very good job, when something didn't go according to plan he made sure it was sorted before finishing the job.
