Good communication, called in advance of arrival. Service was carried out with minimal fuss and some remedial work was identified and competitively priced.

Overall he was friendly. However I have to give him low scores on punctuality and quality. On the day of the inspection he called me 1 hour before he supposed to start that actually he cannot start it at the agreed time, I understand it is because otherwise it would appear that he is running late with his next job. I would not mind if he is starting at another time than what we have agreed if he is giving me a long enough notice. He indicated that there is no any coolant leak, right after I bought the car it turned out that actually it is. Costs about £100 to fix it.

Mohammed was fantastic. Arrived promptly, sent the report through and called me straight after the vehicle inspection to discuss his findings. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, that was such a relief and so helpful. Would definitely recommend!
