Mohammed was friendly and professional, he turned up in good time and carried out the service whilst explaining what he was doing. Was so nice to get some fresh air in to the car as the air filters for the cabin where totally blocked up. It's made such a difference and to get the re-assurance the car in a good condition (bar the scratches he says haha).

Would highly recommend and he even left an air freshener.

Pre-purchase inspection on a £20,995 Ford from an independent car dealer.
Unfortunately when I went to pay for the car a few days later, the air-conditioning was not working, the seller took the the car to his mechanic and offered to re-gas the system. I declined and abandoned the purchase not wanting to risk future problems.
I suspect the system had been re-gased prior to the inspection, therefore difficult to identify the problem during the inspection. As the report indicated the aircon was working.
Other than that the rest of the report was good.
