This is the first time I have used click mechanic and Mohammad was great and certainly exceeded my expectations. I contacted click as my main dealer wasn't able to fit my service for 3 weeks. Mohammed was with me within a couple of hours and diagnosed my issues and booked in service. I will not be going back to main dealers again !

Mohammed was great. I've never had a pre-purchase inspection before but needed some peace of mind before I bought a 2nd hand car. My friend recommended ClickMechanic and I have been very impressed with the service. I booked the appointment on Saturday lunchtime and Mohammed was there within 3 hours! He called me after he'd done the inspection and talked me through everything. He was very knowledgeable and happy to explain his report in detail.

Mohammed completed a thorough inspection and the report reflected this. I am disappointed in the communication however. I received a phone call after the inspection (while Mohammed was driving) where he reeled off 4 or 5 issues so fast that I couldn't understand what he was saying. I asked him to wait while I got a pen and we went over the issues again.

I had to chase Mohammed for the report which took over 12 hours to come through which I found disappointing.

Mohammed was great, the pre-purchase inspection report was very helpful and showed a lot of things I would not have spotted myself, it’s also been useful to get the dealer to fix the issues before I purchase the car.
