Muhammed was nice and approachable. He gave me a 20 min call which gave me plenty of time. He had a cheery hello, had a quick chat and got on with the task. He did encounter an issue, which he fully explained options and allowed me to make a decision. As he was fixing my car, he showed his expertise, giving me confidence he was knowledgeable about his trade. The car worked perfectly after being fixed.
