Nicky was great - he was really efficient and rang me to double check the details of what needed doing and again when he arrived. Did the job to a high standard and much quicker than expected - I would 100% use this service again!

Nick was sound,came and did me a diagnostic check and found the problem straight away with the code reading.A breath of fresh air after being shocked by a reading at a garage who told me it was gonna cost me 2900 pound for repairing,Nick narrowed it down to a camshaft sensor.Quick easy repair for my son to do,will deffo use Click mechanic again and have recommended to friends and family :)

Nick was the first mechanic who seemed to really know what he was doing and what was going on with my car. Very friendly and helpful guy who took the time to explain to me what was happening - even if it was raining. He got the car back up and running again (which I was told would be impossible without a new and expensive part). And unrelated to the initial issue he noticed my cooling water was low and filled it up. Could not be happier and will definitely recommend!

Not at all. He was not keeping with the time. Also unable to or unprepared to do the assigned the job. Called back 1 hr after starting the job stating EGR replacement will cost around 600 pound in the end as there will be comprehensive work. I am also very unhappy with ClickMechanic as they initially claimed during booking process that I don't need to pay more that the quotation of 96 pound. There is a complete lack of responsibility. They failed to compromise but stood with their mechanic who was suggesting another work rather than initial assignment. I remained unhappy but had to agree pay 72 pound as I decided not to proceed with any of the options the mechanic was suggesting. In my view the mechanic was just interested in getting the assigned jobs as many as possible and obviously his approach was not in the interest of the client. Read more
