Charged me for work he didn't complete - sent a part away for repair offsite without first discussing with me, couldn't fix the car as promised, kept the car for almost 3 weeks and we had to constantly ask for a call back to find out what was happening. Extremely confrontational. Will never use again.

customer did not want to pay for new module so advised we would try locate a second hand one which we did but when it arrived it was the wrong unit.
customer still did not want to pay for a new module so we sent her module off for repair the repair company did take a very long time to repair there module but this was out of our hands. when we got it back working the module was picking up faults on the rear right wheel which it could not find when it was broken (OBVIOUSLY).
Customer then tried to get us to repair the rest of the faults at no extra charge and refund the diagnostic fee. the diagnostic was correct the module was faulty the module was returned working and fitted and found more faults now it was finilly working.
didnt charge customer for the work customer was only charged the module repair fee that i was i charged no proffit was added to this. it was obvious they were trying to get out of paying and so i returned the vehicle.
they only thing that needed doing was the rear right abs ring according to second diagnostic scan which wa not charged for either but was obvious the bill was not going to get paid so we would not do any further work on the car and returned the vehicle

Nick was professional, friendly and it was obvious that he had a thorough knowledge of what was wrong with my car. He replaced my radiator at a fraction of the cost that I had been quoted by my usual mechanic. He also made me aware of a problem with my air conditioning unit but did not put me under any pressure to have the work carried out at the moment.
