Can't fault the work. Although they arrived slightly outside of the original timeframe this was due to events outside of their control and the kept me informed of their ETA throughout.

Nina & Boby let me know when they were due to arrive with a 30 minute, and 10 minute warning. They were friendly and polite. I was having the clutch replaced, and they explained everything to me as they were going along, and they had it completed much quicker than I thought, especially given that the car was not even in a garage.

Nina & Boby were excellent. Very friendly and helpful, and they let me know everything that was happening and what parts were required. When there was extra work required, they gave me lots of options, and were able to sort it quickly.
I feel very fortunate to have found them, as when I have for hourly gone to garages, I have not had much luck. Nina & Boby came straight to my house, and were able to help out there, which is fortunate as my car was a non starter.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Boby & Nina were on time, and the work was carried out to a high standard. Perfect.

Mechanic was very punctual and even SMS me before coming to let me know.
Work carried out with the time frame and parts supplied to the highest quality (Bosch starter motor for BMW E60). Mechanic was polite and very easy to talk too. Would use them again. Car is working fine since!

Very happy with the job (change starter motor) though it took a little longer than anticipated, I was kept informed about progress and everything was clean and tidy afterwards, thanks:-)

Boby & Nina were excellent. Punctual, friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently.
I have no hesitation in recommending them and the whole ClickMechanic experience.
