Boby and Nina make a great team. I liked being able to see the work being done and actually see the problems they had found first hand, rather than just leave it at a garage and have no idea what had happened apart from reading a report . Also Nina clearly explained the repair to me as well. I have driven the car downthe M4 to Newbury and back and the problem looks cured.

The amount of time that he needed to do the entire job (replacement of timing belt and water pump) could be categorized as a record, honestly! It was done in about 3h which is really impressive considering they did it at my workplace in the parking lot. Bob was really knowledgeable, he definitely knows what he's doing. I say this because I partly assisted. As a bonus, one of my headlights was not really in line with the bumper. He took care of that as well when he mounted everything back. AAA quality work.
