I liked being able to see the work being done and actually see the problems they had found first hand, rather than just leave it at a garage and have no idea what had happened apart from reading a report . Also Nina clearly explained the repair to me as well. I have driven the car downthe M4 to Newbury and back and the problem looks cured.

I drove to work. I drove back home. What else can you ask? I could only say that I'm really impressed. The amount of time that he needed to do the entire job (replacement of timing belt and water pump) could be categorized as a record, honestly! It was done in about 3h which is really impressive considering they did it at my workplace in the parking lot. Bob was really knowledgeable, he definitely knows what he's doing. I say this because I partly assisted. As a bonus, one of my headlights was not really in line with the bumper. He took care of that as well when he mounted everything back. AAA quality work.
