This was the first time I have used clickmechanics and decided to try them after getting an immediate quote on line for front and rear discs and pads on my Volvo V70. The quote I received was over £125 cheaper than the quote from Halfords. Nina text me to say they would arrive a little earlier than then 2pm - 4pm time slot I was given which was fine. On arrival Nina explained to me the work they were to carry. All work was done very efficiently within the hour and they took with them all the packaging and worn discs and pads. Upon completion Nina advised me how I should drive the car and to be steady on the brakes for the first 100 - 200 miles. Had front break pads changed on my Mondeo. Prompt and effective. They also communicate well and explain clearly what has been done. Since it's a minor job, I can't really tell how they would perform with a more complex repair. I'm keen to use their services again in the future.

Bob is an amazing tradesman, methodical, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He managed to change the starter on my BMW in less than two hours and without stripping the entire manifold. A very accomplished mechanic. I would have him do all future work as and when required.
