Boby and Nina are brilliant. I loved how they kept me up to date on there timings (and they weren't even slightly effected by the VERY poor weather (snow/sleet), the work was great and they provided excellent advise to me after they had finished up. I would definitely recommend them and would personally choose their services for future needs. Thanks!

Yes, very happy. I booked them because I didn't trust myself to remove glowplugs, as they are reputed to be delicate. The first one turned out to be already sheared off (not while I have had the car), the second one was stiff so he decided not to overstress it, it is still in. The third and fourth he removed and replaced. Very pleased that they had the experience to know the torque that was safe to apply. On completion of the job, the fault code cleared (though we know at least one of the glow plugs is not working), which means the car will run normally, not in "limp" mode.

2nd time using ... very pleased
