So far so good it's been a few days now since we had the work done. Boby and Nina turn up in the allotted time slot and completed the work needed (replaced the radiator) at a very reasonable price. Both Boby and Nina were very friendly and professional. ClickMechanic is a great way of getting your car fixed for a reasonable price without having to wait days for your local garage to fit you in.

Both Boby and Nina were great and kept me informed of their arrival. The work was carried out within the hour and Boby gave me great advice for any future tinkering I undertake.

Initially I was a bit 'suss' as the whole thing seemed to be too easy! Instead of just booking, I phoned ClickMechanic and spoke to a real person! I don't remember the name, but he took the trouble to explain the procedure in a polite and knowledgeable way. This reassured me and I went ahead with the booking and opted for someone to come the next day at any time. The request was processed and a mechanic found. I was allocated Boby&Nina. As I had opted for any time (and I meant this), Nina called and rearranged the time to accommodate their workload. No problem. The appt was late in the day and with traffic in our area, I expected a delay. Nina kept me informed until she knocked on my door! I cannot praise these 2 highly enough. Boby is a fantastic mechanic. I particularly liked his attention to detail and not rushing to finish his last job of the day. His practical aftercare advice was very welcome.
