Yes, very happy. I booked them because I didn't trust myself to remove glowplugs, as they are reputed to be delicate. The first one turned out to be already sheared off (not while I have had the car), the second one was stiff so he decided not to overstress it, it is still in. The third and fourth he removed and replaced. Very pleased that they had the experience to know the torque that was safe to apply. On completion of the job, the fault code cleared (though we know at least one of the glow plugs is not working), which means the car will run normally, not in "limp" mode.

So far so good it's been a few days now since we had the work done. Boby and Nina turn up in the allotted time slot and completed the work needed (replaced the radiator) at a very reasonable price.
