He had even sourced specific parts prior to arrival and was able to provide the identical replacement battery on the spot and install it within the time allocated for the diagnostics, it at no additional labour costs.

The mechanic failed to diagnose the issue with the car although he spent 4 hours on the car. We have had to pay a garage a diagnostic fee to which they have found the issue, the car needs a new starter motor.
I am not happy as I have now had to pay two diagnostic fees when one should have been enough.
