Matthew kept in contact and arrived ahead of time after phoning. He sorted the problem out very quickly and kept me well informed throughout. I can certainly recommend him to anyone else who needs to call out a mechanic.

I was well impressed by Mathew's knowledge of my vehicle and his honesty and candor in dealing with the diagnosis of the fault. He had even sourced specific parts prior to arrival and was able to provide the identical replacement battery on the spot and install it within the time allocated for the diagnostics, it at no additional labour costs.
It's very refreshing to find a mechanic who brings you solutions, which are targeted and economical; rather than one who 'talks up' the problems, before stiffing you with additional charges.

The mechanic failed to diagnose the issue with the car although he spent 4 hours on the car. We have had to pay a garage a diagnostic fee to which they have found the issue, the car needs a new starter motor.
I am not happy as I have now had to pay two diagnostic fees when one should have been enough.
