Once again (third time in as many weeks) entirely happy with the work done. I’ve bought an old banger to last 12 months and am now very content that it’s safe, sound and legal as a result of Matthew’s efforts.

Matthew was able to mention a few possible issues with the door locks in low temperatures that I hadn't heard before. He was communicative and easy to deal with. He structured and tailored his information to my level of understanding. It took a few minutes to fully explain what the issue was - but once understood, we were able to move forward quickly to immediate solutions and attempted to resolve and fix there and then. Having had Matthew service my car last week I was very confident the same high level of service would be received - I was not disappointed. Excellent communication throughout, he was punctual, professional and did exactly what was required. Showing me the parts he had replaced, I was left completely convinced of the necessity of the work. He even road tested the car on completion to make sure he was hapoy with his own work. Frankly, I can see no reason why you would bother with a manufacturor mechanic when you can have the quality, efficiency and professionalism of a mechanic like Matthew.
