Matthew was able to mention a few possible issues with the door locks in low temperatures that I hadn't heard before. He was communicative and easy to deal with. He structured and tailored his information to my level of understanding. It took a few minutes to fully explain what the issue was - but once understood, we were able to move forward quickly to immediate solutions and attempted to resolve and fix there and then. Matthew talked me through everything he was doing in the diagnostic and I found this informative and reassuring. Process, explanation, fix. Very clear. It was as though he was trying to fix his own car - trying to avoid needless expense while also understanding that safety comes first - and left me knowing best and worst case scenarios ahead of any formal quote. .
