Excellent. The mechanic did not belittle my lack of mechanical knowledge and was clear, friendly, knowledgable and extremely professional.

Further to the telephone conversation, Ylber visited on Wednesday with a shock absorber, this was not required as I needed a coil spring. He said to just rebook it online. I did this and at no time did he say there was a charge. He re visited Thursday 3 hours earlier than stated and did the repair. I said do I sign anything and he said no all done online and price has been agreed, which I prosumed was £110 and change. I said this was my first time using yourselves and he didn't mention it would be more than the web price.

Worked well, informed me straight away when replacement part arrived & the next possible install date.
