he turned up saying I needed a master cylinder, which I didn't I needed a new clutch, then left and had the cheek to charge me £50. never again will I ever use this company and will tell everybody I know how useless thie company is.

Ylber arrived at 8am and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with the work done. My only complaint would be that I paid for 1 hours labour and only used 1/4 of that time

Came on time fixed my car within an hour, much easy than pushing my car too the local garage and cost is about the same

Car was briefly fixed but battery wasn't charged properly and wouldn't open the very next day

The mechanic was very good and knowledgeable. However, I think you need to keep better track of your CRM to manage customer expectations of timing etc.
