Maz called me right after the inspection and again after the report came through. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything I wasn't sure about. He was also happy to answer further questions when the vendor queried some of the findings. As someone with no mechanical knowledge, I rely on a check like this before making a purchase and I am very happy with the service provided by clickmechanic and Maz.

As the customer who purchased a pre purchase vehicle inspection I did not meet the mechanic so it is difficult to comment on some of the matters but after talking to him on the phone he came across friendly and knowledgeable.
