Great experience. Was able to come earlier than anticipated, but rang ahead to check that was okay. Was able to deal with complex arrangement for collection of keys due to work procedure, without hassle.
Discovered and fixed the problem but also checked that problem was now fixed with a test drive.
After fixing called me when it was convenient for me to give me recommended options to make sure doesn't happen in the future, but was not pushy.

Arrived on time and was in communication prior to arriving, left you in no doubt that he was there to do your bidding which I found to be a welcome change from other home visits by other trades. A diagnostic check was carried out, which turn out to be what I suspected. Would recommend to anyone who haven't the time to leave their car at a garage.

Although he could not come on the arranged day, he did tell me and arrived as planned the next day.

Hi My mechanic phoned me to let me know he would be arriving later than I had booked him for, and also to get more information about the repairs and spare parts needed.
The job was done to a high standard and was more convenient than taking my car to a garage. I would definitely use click mechanic again and would recommend them,
I don't know how the price would compare to having this repair done at a garage as I wasn't able to go to a garage to get a quote.
But I know it cost about the same as just having a diagnostic check done at my VW dealership!
