Maz is an amazing chap. I couldn't be in attendance, but that didn't matter. He undertook the inspection hours earlier than he thought he could and the report was sent to me very quickly thereafter. He also contacted me via this site and by 'phone and ran through the key issues immediately afterwards. Maz also told me that I was very welcome to call him again should anything be of concern or not clear in the report. I highly recommend this service and, of course, Maz!
