The mechanic - Maz - who inspected the car in Sheffield for me this morning was absolutely first class. He went over and above what I could have expected from this type of vehicle inspection. - Not only did he make a particularly close examination of an aspect of the car which I was worried about, but he also - in speaking to the seller - got him to agree to do a full service of the car for me (as it only had sketchy service history) and also get a new MOT certificate for it, too. (Even though it had a fairly lengthy MOT period already.)
Owing to Maz's input, I was reassured enough to be able to agree to definitely purchase the car without seeing it myself first (precluding other buyers snapping it up in the interim). And it also meant that I did not have to make a late 2 hour (each way) trip to Sheffield today myself, to view the car as soon as I could (after some painful dental work this morning). Now I can relax and just collect the car at my leisure, next week, after the full service and MOT has been done.
I will definitely use Click again - and recommend it to friends, family and colleagues, etc.
However, I should also like to have my very favourable comments about Maz himself, placed on his company record. He was a wonderful ambassador for your company today and I trust that this will be noted by - or pointed out to - the Click management team. Read more
