Honda CR-V Diesel particulate filter (DPF) physical clean

Asked dpf clening service but the person /engineer one put something into my car without regeneration ,he said job done because my car's softwear got some issuebut the true is he didn't have the right tool to ask my car to regeneration after he put the dpf cleaner to my car.
I believe anyone can put anything to the car and said job done!

Chinese customer who did not understand English well.
I tried to help this customer with out taking advantage but he did not understand.
He requested a dpf physical clean but then required a forced regeneration too that was at a extra cost, as i tried to explain he was not understanding so I felt I cannot just go ahead and charge him more if he does not understand.
And then he wonders later why I did not do the extra work.
I would be happy to do the extra work it's more money in my pocket.

Rang to discuss issues with the car and based on that information decided not to pursue a sale.
Would have been nice for the written report to have contained the same thorough write up though so that this could have been forwarded to the seller, but otherwise excellent service and will use again. Saved me spending a fortune on a car that needed lots of work doing.
