Maz was booked to do a pre-purchase inspection. As is sometimes the case, the dealer had agreed to an inspection, but would not let the mechanic do it (not a good sign!). I am completely happy with the way that Maz handled it - he was flexible with me, persistent with the dealer, and happy to transfer the inspection even though his time had been wasted. In the end I suggested he take a modest cancelation fee, as it had taken up a fair amount of his time.
Maz has previously done a pre-purchase inspection for me - his inspection was thorough, and I expect to use his services again.

Maz was amazing. I was 140miles away from a van I was considering buying. I booked an pre purchase inspection. Max managed to fit me in the next day, earlier than I had hoped. And he did a thorough inspection rang me after the test drive and after completing the report. His expertise and advise allowed me to buy the van in confidence and negotiate the price using points that he had flagged up. May was brilliant - I did not attend with Mars to view and examine the car however Marie is kept in contact and though he sent a full report he also talked me through a lot of things e.g. He explained that he himself was a little concerned at the fact that this was a 2008 car with only 48,000 on the clock however he reassured me that this was clearly due to the lack of use and was evidenced by the cracks in the tyres.

I liked the fact that Maz kept me in touch and his confidence was clearly shown when I went to collect the car the trader said that he was very thorough. I have been driving my car now for three days and To say I am excited would be an under statement I feel so happy that I was recommended to your service well done this is an excellent service and I would recommend you on to anyone that I know is buying a car.
