Michael was excellent, arrived in time, polite, got straight down to the job. All completed to expectations and offered good sound advice for the issues that arose during the repair, can’t fault.

Simon was friendly and knowledgeable, as expected. He worked hard and cheerfully in a very confined space to replace my i10 alternator under cold and damp conditions The job took 3 hours, without a break, instead of the forecast 0 - 1 hour. I would be delighted to give him an easier routine service job next time!
There appears to be a small weakness in ClickMechanic's administration. I was expecting Mike, not Simon to do the job.
I am highly impressed by the whole ClickMechanic set-up.

Really happy with these guys, they went way above and beyond during the busy xmas break to get me all sorted out. They were honest, thorough and communicative. They also spotted things several other garages hadn't so I'm super happy with the end result! Car drives like a dream now :)
