Request made on Sunday for next day Monday to do pre-purchase inspection and got confirmation a few hours later.
On day of inspection, got the report at the end of the day. Report was clear and concise with photos of issues.
Ed followed up with phone call later that day and went over the issues highlighted.
Made recommendation to get major issues fixed before purchasing.

He even took time to explain pictures as well, so we didn’t feel like we couldn’t ask anything. Great attention to detail and very warming in his approach. Edward is a third generation car mechanic who has always been a car enthusiast from a very young age. He began his professional career in the motor trade as an apprentice technician at Volkswagen. He gained a wealth of experience within the Volkswagen Group, mainly at a VW main dealer, but with time spent in the VW commercial workshop as well the Seat & Skoda workshops. He also spent just under 2 years as a specialist patrol for the AA dealing with breakdowns on all manner of vehicle from mopeds to HGV.
